Kathy L. Barcelo is a partner at B&M Law Group, born and raised in Miami. Since graduating from law school she has been a zealous advocate for her clients, today focusing her practice on real estate and business transactions, probate and estate planning — with experience across civil litigation and escrow services, in English or Español.
She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2011, where she was a member of the St. Thomas Intercultural Human Rights Law Review and the International Moot Court Team. She holds a Master's in Public Administration (2009) and a B.A. in Political Science (2006), both from Florida International University.
Kathy is admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, and the Dade and Broward County Bar Associations, and is active with United Way of Miami-Dade.
