Privacy Policy

How we handle information on this website.

Last updated: July 2026

B&M Law Group PLLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit www.bmlawgroup.net (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It is provided for general information only, is not legal advice, and does not create an attorney–client relationship.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit a form or otherwise contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to include in your message.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical data — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links — through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the legal services you request;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • To protect the Site and our forms against spam, fraud, and abuse;
  • To comply with our legal and professional obligations.

Text message (SMS) communications

If you give us your mobile number and opt in — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms or in a signed engagement agreement — you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from B&M Law Group PLLC sent from (954) 852-0735 about your inquiry or legal matter, including appointment reminders, status updates, document requests, billing and payment notices, and other communications related to your matter.

  • Message frequency. You will receive up to ten (10) firm-initiated messages per month. This limit does not include messages we send in reply to a conversation you start with us.
  • Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • Help & stop. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Replying STOP ends firm-initiated text messages to your number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of representation or of the purchase of any services.
  • Your privacy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell this information.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google may set cookies and collect usage data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by declining cookies in your browser settings.

Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, this Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile analyzes signals from your browser and device to confirm you are human, without traditional CAPTCHAs. This Site is protected by Cloudflare, and the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy, the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, and the Cloudflare Terms of Service apply. Cloudflare also provides content-delivery and security services for the Site.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our practice — for example, Cloudflare (security and bot protection), Google (analytics), and the email and client-intake providers we use to handle your inquiry — and where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet our professional and legal obligations, and to resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can decline or delete cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics as described above. You may also contact us to ask about the information we hold about you.

Third-party links, children & security

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control, and their privacy practices are their own. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmitting data over the Internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with a revised “last updated” date above.
